Solar extreme-UltraViolet Imager (SUVI) on FY-4C uses four bands (9.4 nm, 17.1 nm, 21.1 nm and 30.4 nm) to make high-spatial and high-temporal resolution full-disk imaging observations of the Sun for obtaining information on solar activities such as solar flares, coronal mass ejections, filaments, and coronal holes. This will help to better understand the solar eruption process and provide data support for more accurate space weather forecasting.
